Evropsk\u00e1 kosmick\u00e1 agentura (ESA) odpov\u00edd\u00e1 za v\u00fdvoj kosmick\u00e9 komponenty programu Copernicus a provozuje satelity Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 a Sentinel-5P. EUMETSAT odpov\u00edd\u00e1 za provoz dru\u017eic Sentinel-3 a bude tak\u00e9 provozovat a dod\u00e1vat produkty z dru\u017eic Sentinel-4, -5 a -6. Mise Senitnel-4, -5 a -5 Prekurzor jsou koncipov\u00e1ny jako dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 prvky konstelace slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed specifick\u00fdm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m Slu\u017eby programu Copernicus pro monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry (CAMS).
