Nab\u00edz\u00ed informa\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eby, kter\u00e9 jsou vytv\u00e1\u0159eny na z\u00e1klad\u011b&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/copernicus.chmi.cz\/index.php\/kosmicka-komponenta\" target=\"_blank\" data-mce-selected=\"inline-boundary\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dru\u017eicov\u00fdch dat<\/a>&nbsp;a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/copernicus.chmi.cz\/index.php\/in-situ-komponenta\" target=\"_blank\" data-mce-selected=\"inline-boundary\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pozemn\u00edch m\u011b\u0159en\u00edch (tzv. in-situ data)<\/a>.\n<br ><br >\nProgram koordinuje a \u0159\u00edd\u00ed Evropsk\u00e1 komise ve spolupr\u00e1ci s \u010dlensk\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty, Evropskou kosmickou agenturou (ESA), Evropskou organizac\u00ed pro vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed meteorologick\u00fdch satelit\u016f (EUMETSAT), Evropsk\u00fdm st\u0159ediskem pro st\u0159edn\u011bdob\u00e9 p\u0159edpov\u011bdi po\u010das\u00ed (ECMWF), agenturami EU a Mercator Ocean.<br ><br ><a href=\"https:\/\/copernicus.chmi.cz\/index.php\/sluzby\" target=\"_blank\" data-mce-selected=\"inline-boundary\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Slu\u017eby&nbsp; <\/a>a informace, je\u017e program Copernicus poskytuje, vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nejen exekutiva a org\u00e1ny ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy, kter\u00e9 mohou na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u011bchto informac\u00ed \u010dinit lep\u0161\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed a p\u0159ij\u00edmat efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 akademick\u00e1 a v\u00fdzkumn\u00e1 sf\u00e9ra, stejn\u011b jako soukrom\u00e9 firmy a \u0161irok\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost.<br ><br >\nV\u0161ichni u\u017eivatel\u00e9 maj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd, bezplatn\u00fd a neomezen\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup ke v\u0161em informac\u00edm i slu\u017eb\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 program Copernicus nab\u00edz\u00ed.<br ><br >\nCopernicus m\u00e1 zna\u010dn\u00fd potenci\u00e1l pro tvorbu nov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst a podporu ekonomick\u00e9ho r\u016fstu a inovac\u00ed. V prosinci 2017 Evropsk\u00e1 komise dokon\u010dila rozs\u00e1hlou studii, kter\u00e1 analyzovala hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9, spole\u010densk\u00e9 a environment\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy programu Copernicus v z\u00e1vislosti na r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u00edch. Studie se zam\u011b\u0159ila pouze na Evropu a zahrnovala obdob\u00ed 2017\u20132035. Jej\u00edm c\u00edlem bylo stanovit ekonomickou hodnotu v\u0161ech benefit\u016f, kter\u00e9 program Copernicus nab\u00edz\u00ed, za \u00fa\u010delem odhadu n\u00e1vratnosti investic.
