D\u00edky druhu dat a informac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 poskytuje, je program Copernicus schopen podporovat spr\u00e1vu les\u016f na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. V oblasti lesnictv\u00ed se data pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed Zem\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pro mapov\u00e1n\u00ed les\u016f a mapov\u00e1n\u00ed zm\u011bn les\u016f a pro vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed map podporuj\u00edc\u00edch dokon\u010den\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00edch soupis\u016f les\u016f.\n

\nProgram tak\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje tvorbu map les\u016f, p\u0159i n\u00ed\u017e se zohled\u0148uj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy parametr\u016f, jako jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad druhy strom\u016f nebo biofyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed prom\u011bnn\u00e9.
